Job Summary

Managing financial processes and strategic planning, the full-time Finance Senior Manager will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting while collaborating with stakeholders in Consumer Banking, with the option for remote work one day per week.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting
• Partner with technology and product stakeholders to monitor investments in Small Business Banking and Digital Banking
• Analyze revenue growth opportunities and provide financial insights to support decision-making

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Analytics, or a related field
• 3 years of experience in financial analysis and management roles
• Proficiency in SQL and Tableau for data analysis and reporting
• Experience with advanced statistical and modeling techniques
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile
