Finance Shared Services Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Finance Shared Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review closeout invoices to ensure compliance with deliverable deadlines
• Analyze, research, and resolve prior billings
• Initiate communications with internal and external customers for final closeout billing preparation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Graduate Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related field with 0 to 2 years of related experience
• Experience in processing and validating project type invoices (T&M, FFP, or CP)
• Familiarity with Commercial/Government Contracts and Program Finance
• Experience with payment systems like WAWF, ExoStar, or IPP is beneficial
