Job Summary

Leading the Finance Shared Services Center, the full-time salaried Director of Finance Shared Services will ensure compliance with internal controls and reporting standards while driving strategic initiatives and fostering collaboration across departments.

Key responsibilities

• Directs departmental operations and ensures adherence to corporate policies and regulations
• Serves as a thought leader in finance, applying best practices and industry trends to enhance service delivery
• Builds relationships with business leaders to align finance strategies with overall business objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the hospitality, gaming, or resort industry
• Experience in a Shared Services environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced setting
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across departments
