Job Summary
Providing strategic and operational leadership for AskFinance, the full-time remote Finance Shared Services Director will manage service delivery, performance oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with finance leaders and teams to enhance operational effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Lead AskFinance operations, including intake, case management, and service delivery while overseeing staffing and resource planning
- Establish and monitor service levels, operational metrics, and governance to drive accountability and performance improvement
- Develop standardized procedures and workflows, collaborating with enabling teams to enhance tools and user experience
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; Master's degree preferred
- Eight years of progressively responsible experience in shared services, finance operations, or customer support operations
- Experience leading service-oriented operations with accountability for performance and measurable outcomes
- Familiarity with service management, case management, and reporting tools in a complex organization
- Strong knowledge of operational controls, process standardization, and continuous improvement practices
