Finance Shared Services Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Finance Shared Services (GBS Analytics).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and manage various accounting activities
• Evaluate financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Prepare reports for financial reporting and support audit requests

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or a Graduate Degree with 2 years of experience, or 8 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• Strong knowledge of the full accounting cycle and GAAP principles
• Experience with financial analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, HFM, and ARCS
• Understanding of internal controls and regulations like Sarbanes-Oxley
