Finance Shared Services Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the department's business processes, the full-time Finance Shared Services Specialist will manage data entry, technical tasks, and analytical activities while collaborating in a cross-functional team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete daily departmental tasks and audit work for integrity while resolving discrepancies
• Develop and maintain effective communication with internal customers to ensure their requirements are met
• Participate in the development and measurement of projects, focusing on continuous improvement of customer service quality and efficiency

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ year of prior relevant experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Management preferred
• Experience in a shared services environment and/or process improvement preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe software preferred
