Finance Site Lead

Job Summary

Supporting plant operations in a remote capacity, the contract Finance Site Lead will manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting while driving operational performance and compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of annual operating plans and financial forecasts for the site
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks, and support action planning to achieve operational targets
• Deliver timely reporting and variance analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience, with at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage or similar platforms
• Knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting principles
