Finance Site Lead

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic business partner in a remote capacity, the Finance Site Lead will manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support plant operations and drive financial performance during a 2-month contract.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of annual operating plans, financial forecasts, and monthly close activities for the site
• Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support action planning to achieve operational targets
• Collaborate with plant leadership to provide financial insights on operational strategies and support continuous improvement initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience, including at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Sage or similar platforms
• Knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting principles
