Finance Site Lead

Job Summary

To support plant operations in a manufacturing environment, the contract Finance Site Lead will manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting while working remotely for a duration of two months.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of annual operating plans and financial forecasts
• Monitor plant financial performance and support action planning to achieve operational targets
• Deliver timely reporting and variance analysis to enhance decision-making processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of accounting or finance experience, including at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with ERP systems such as Sage or similar platforms
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and accounting principles
