Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller, Finance Site Liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end general ledger close process for designated sites, ensuring timely completion and analysis
• Perform P&L and balance sheet analysis, providing insights and variance explanations
• Collaborate with hospital leadership for post-close analysis and support annual budgeting processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 5-7 years of experience in healthcare or hospital financial operations
• Expertise in P&L and balance sheet analysis and month-end close processes
• Experience with Oracle, EPM, and financial reporting tools
• Strong understanding of revenue recognition and key accounting processes
