Finance Solution Consultant
Job Summary
As a full-time remote Finance Solution Consultant, the candidate will serve as a Finance-focused functional expert, enabling partner teams to confidently position, demo, and build Workday's Financial Management suite and its AI capabilities while collaborating with various stakeholders to support Finance transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop expertise in Workday Financials and agentic Finance capabilities to enable partner Finance solution consultants
- Support partners in articulating the value of agentic AI within Finance operations and contribute to discussions on regulatory considerations
- Equip partner Finance teams with competitive positioning and assist in delivering functional playbooks and narratives
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Finance domain expertise in Core Financials, Accounting, FP&A, or Procurement
- 3+ years in a presales, solution consulting, advisory, or implementation role for enterprise Finance or ERP software
- Experience working with Global System Integrators or large strategic technology partners
- Deep knowledge of Workday's Financials suite and AI capabilities or equivalent experience
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
