Finance Source to Pay Architect

Job Summary

As a key contributor on the WoW Finance - Source to Pay team, the full-time remote Finance Source to Pay Architect will manage operational support for Workday's Evisort platform, own the architecture strategy for new builds, and partner with business teams to translate requirements into effective system configurations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operational support for Workday's Evisort instances, ensuring system reliability and performance
• Own the roadmap and architecture strategy for Evisort builds and deployments to meet evolving business needs
• Collaborate with source-to-pay business teams to design system configurations that enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise application administration or functional architecture
• 5+ years of experience with contract lifecycle management platforms, preferably Evisort
• Proven experience in system configuration and maintenance of enterprise systems
• Strong business analysis skills to evaluate organizational structures and identify improvement areas
• Experience in business process design and optimization to enhance performance and customer satisfaction
