Finance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Specialist to build and maintain financial reporting and operational finance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive financial dashboards and KPI reports, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Support QuickBooks operations and manage accounts payable, ensuring discrepancies are addressed
• Serve as the primary data resource for financial inquiries and maintain a view of planned versus actual expenses

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in finance, accounting, or financial operations with ownership of financial outputs
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, including entries, accounts payable, and report generation
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets, including building models and dashboards from scratch
• Experience with commission calculations and maintaining high accuracy in financial reporting
• Familiarity with AI tools and a proactive communication style
