Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely financial processing and account reconciliation
• Manage departmental budgets and maintain compliance with university policies
• Perform complex financial analyses and prepare reports to support budgeting and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related experience
• Two or more years of relevant experience in an administrative financial role
• Demonstrated knowledge of financial systems
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
