Finance Strategy Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Strategy Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial analyses and forecasting related to ongoing performance and new service viability
• Support Long-Range Financial Planning by quantifying strategic initiatives and conducting NPV calculations for capital projects
• Prepare complex financial models and presentation materials for senior leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative analysis or business; Master's in Business preferred
• 4+ years of experience as a financial or data analyst
• 1 year of experience in an analyst role within a large healthcare system preferred
• Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., R, Matlab, SAS, SQL) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Strong skills in MS Office applications, especially advanced Excel
