Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Strategy Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial analyses and forecasting related to ongoing performance and new services
• Support Long-Range Financial Planning by quantifying strategic initiatives and conducting NPV calculations
• Prepare financial models, analyses, and presentation materials for stakeholders and senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in quantitative analysis or business; Master's in Business preferred
• 4+ years of experience as a financial, decision support, or data analyst
• 1 year of experience in an analyst role within a large healthcare system preferred
• Experience with data analysis software (e.g., R, SQL) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Strong computer skills, including advanced Excel and financial statement preparation
