Finance & Strategy Manager

Job Summary

Acting as a strategic thought partner to business leaders, the full-time remote Finance & Strategy Manager will build and own financial models, architect long-range forecasting systems, and automate financial reporting processes using AI and SQL.

Key responsibilities

• Build and own financial models that translate complex operational drivers into strategic recommendations
• Architect long-range forecasting models using AI to simulate "what-if" scenarios for business navigation
• Develop and maintain code-based systems to automate real-time financial reporting and dashboards

Required qualifications

• A degree in Business, Finance, Math, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
• 5-7+ years of experience in a top-tier tech company
• Investment banking skillset preferred
• Proven track record of utilizing AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to enhance SQL capabilities
• Strong experience in 3-statement modeling and analytical problem-solving
