Finance Strategy Manager

Job Summary

To support strategic decision-making, the full-time remote Finance Strategy Manager will architect long-range financial models, automate financial reporting systems, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive business insights and performance tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to business leaders by building and owning financial models that translate operational drivers into strategic recommendations
• Architect long-range forecasting models using AI to simulate scenarios and navigate short-term volatility
• Build and maintain code-based systems for financial reporting, leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and optimize performance tracking

Required qualifications

• A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Math, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
• 5-7+ years of experience in a top-tier tech company, with an investment banking skillset preferred
• Proven track record of utilizing AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or GitHub Copilot to enhance SQL capabilities
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a builder mindset and ability to work autonomously
• Strong experience in 3-statement modeling and analytical problem-solving skills
