Finance Subject Matter Expert

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Subject Matter Expert to support the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of analysts in integrating business, cost estimating, and financial management processes
• Formulate strategic financial plans and prepare cost estimates
• Assess products and procedures for compliance with government standards and internal controls

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree
• Past Federal financial experience with senior leaders in large organizations
• Experience as a Chief Financial Officer in a large healthcare organization
• Prior system implementation experience with legacy systems
• Familiarity with current financial systems such as FMS, MinX, and IFCAP
