Finance Supervisor

Job Summary

Supporting billing operations as a Finance Supervisor, the full-time remote position will manage process optimization, data analysis, and reporting while collaborating with Billing Managers and operational teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and enhance operational efficiency through automation
• Analyze large datasets to develop reporting tools and monitor KPIs related to billing performance
• Collaborate with various stakeholders to support business objectives and assist in special projects

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience, preferably in a supervisory role
• In-depth understanding of processes and systems within the finance function
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
• Exceptional math skills for calculating complex figures
• Excellent organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset
