Finance Supervisor

Job Summary

Supervising a team of finance professionals, the full-time remote Finance Supervisor will ensure high levels of quality and productivity while managing client billing, supporting financial operations, and mentoring staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly and ongoing billing and reporting to external clients
• Support the finance management team to maximize efficiency and accuracy of billing
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and monitor team goals quarterly

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in accounting or finance
• Proficiency with ERP systems, word processing, and spreadsheets
• Experience with SAP, ADS / Global MAX, Microsoft Word, and Excel
