Finance Supervisor
Job Summary
Supervising a team of finance professionals, the full-time remote Supervisor Finance will manage client billing processes, support finance management in enhancing efficiency, and conduct performance evaluations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage monthly and ongoing billing and reporting to external clients
- Support finance management to maximize efficiency and accuracy of billing, enhancing EBITDA and cash flow
- Coach and mentor staff while conducting annual performance evaluations and quarterly progress reviews
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in accounting or finance
- Proficiency with ERP systems, word processing, and spreadsheets
- Experience with SAP, ADS/Global MAX, Microsoft Word, and Excel
