Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Support Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities

Execute high-volume transactional posting of charges and orders for parts and services
Ensure transactions are processed accurately and within defined service level agreements (SLAs)
Support operational tasks including data gathering, validation, and responding to routine audit requests

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED with generally less than 2 years of experience
Experience working in a team and fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend and holiday coverage
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Proficient in computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word
