Finance System Support Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team dedicated to maintaining and enhancing core finance systems, the full-time remote Finance System Support Manager will manage day-to-day support for SAP and related applications, oversee month-end close processes, and drive improvements in user experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Finance System Support team, ensuring high-quality service across finance systems
• Manage day-to-day support for finance systems, including incident resolution and month-end close readiness
• Collaborate with finance, IT, and external partners to address complex issues and implement system enhancements

Required qualifications

• Experience with finance or accounting processes and operational workflows
• Previous people management experience, including coaching and prioritizing work
• Experience supporting large ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Strong understanding of support processes, access management, and finance system controls
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively across teams
