Finance Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between IT and Finance, the full-time remote Finance Systems Administrator & Project Manager will implement, administer, and support finance-related software systems, acting as a project manager for system deployments and ensuring timely technical support for users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates finance system implementations and acts as project manager for technology deployments
• Facilitates end user technical support and collaborates with development teams for system enhancements
• Establishes project communication plans and ensures documentation and training for users

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Technology or Finance with 3 years of related experience
• Experience implementing and/or administrating NetSuite
• Knowledge of ERP concepts and implementation in a global organization
• Proficiency with a range of finance applications and software
• Experience with systems like ADP, Deel, and HRIS systems preferred
