Finance Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Finance Systems Administrator, the full-time remote role will manage and enhance core enterprise systems, including ERP (NetSuite) and various financial tools, while driving process improvements and system integrations to support Finance and Revenue teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and improve the ERP (NetSuite) and related financial systems
• Act as the technical subject matter expert for finance systems, ensuring governance and data integrity
• Collaborate cross-functionally to scope requirements and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance systems
• 3+ years of NetSuite experience, preferably in a solution architect or developer role
• Experience with system integrations, such as Celigo or similar iPaaS tools
• Strong business analyst mindset with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions
• Experience contributing to AI-driven systems strategy initiatives
