Finance Systems Administrator

Job Summary

Supporting the day-to-day administration and improvement of financial technology, the full-time remote Finance Systems Administrator will manage core finance tools, serve as a liaison between finance teams, and build integrations to ensure smooth operations across platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer core finance tools, managing user setup, configurations, and troubleshooting issues
• Act as the primary contact for Legal, Accounting, and Finance teams, translating their processes into system solutions
• Build and maintain integrations between finance platforms and other business systems, resolving data discrepancies as needed

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with financial systems such as NetSuite, Ramp, or Pigment
• Familiarity with iPaaS tools like Workato for building system integrations
• Understanding of accounting and finance processes including month-end close and procure-to-pay
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
• Experience in data management, including imports and cleansing
