Finance Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Finance Systems Analyst, responsible for supporting and scaling core finance systems with a focus on NetSuite, ensuring accurate and efficient financial processes in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and support NetSuite functionality across key areas such as GL, AP, AR, billing, and reporting
• Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and convert manual processes into system-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support finance-related system improvements and ensure smooth data flow

Required Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems in a finance or systems-focused role
• Strong understanding of accounting processes, including month-end close, AP/AR, and basic revenue concepts
• Experience with system integrations and data flows across finance tools
• Able to translate business and accounting requirements into system configurations and improvements
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multiple stakeholders
