Finance Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Finance Systems Analyst will administer and enhance enterprise finance systems, ensuring system reliability and optimizing financial operations while collaborating with Finance, Accounting, and IT teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise finance systems, ensuring stability, data integrity, and optimal performance
• Partner with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate requirements into system solutions
• Support system upgrades and integrations, including testing coordination and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise financial systems or ERP platforms
• Strong understanding of financial and accounting processes, including general ledger and financial reporting
• Experience administering ERP financial systems such as Deltek Costpoint, SAP, Oracle, or Workday
• Proficiency with financial reporting or business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Cognos
