Finance Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Hands-on and detail-driven, the full-time remote Finance Systems Analyst will improve financial workflows, support finance tool configurations, and reduce operational risks through automation and process enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Improve core finance workflows by gathering requirements, mapping processes, and implementing systems improvements
• Support configuration, testing, deployment, and administration of finance tools like NetSuite
• Drive projects from problem definition through rollout, managing requirements, testing, and stakeholder communication

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with business or finance systems in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes such as procure-to-pay and order-to-cash
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration and administration
• Experience in gathering requirements and translating them into systems solutions
• Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
