Finance Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between IT and Finance, the full-time remote Finance Systems Analyst will manage finance system implementations, provide technical support, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinates finance system implementations and acts as project manager to ensure timely and budget-compliant deployments
• Facilitates end-user technical support and collaborates with development teams for system enhancements
• Establishes project communication plans and ensures comprehensive documentation and training for users

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of experience supporting, implementing, or administering enterprise finance systems
• Experience implementing and/or administering NetSuite is required
• Proficiency with ERP concepts and finance system integrations
• Experience with ADP, HRIS platforms, and travel expense systems is a plus
