Finance Systems Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting core finance functions, the remote Finance Systems Execution Analyst will manage tactical tasks related to project coordination, user acceptance testing, and documentation to ensure finance deliverables are met across various departments on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Support finance readiness for product and go-to-market launches
• Track project action items, decisions, and follow-up activities
• Coordinate internal finance participation in User Acceptance Testing

Required Qualifications

• Advanced skills in project coordination and UAT coordination
• Experience with documentation and process mapping
• Proficiency in Jira at an intermediate level
• Experience in Offer-to-Price, Quote-to-Cash, or Order-to-Cash financial processes is preferred
