Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the financial planning system, Pigment, ensuring data integrity and system reliability
• Streamline budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processes by creating scalable frameworks
• Partner cross-functionally to build clean integrations and a strong source of truth foundation

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Finance Operations, Finance Systems, or related roles
• Hands-on experience administering or building in Pigment
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes
• Experience improving finance workflows through automation, systems, or process redesign
