Finance Systems Automation Advisor

Job Summary

To support finance transformation and operational excellence, the full-time remote Finance Systems Automation Advisor will drive automation initiatives, optimize workflows, and enhance financial systems while serving as a trusted advisor across finance, technology, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor on finance operations and PBM workflows, guiding process design and automation strategies
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, managing structured request intake and workflow tracking to align with business goals
• Assist in overseeing pharmacy payment operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance across the payment lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar operations within a PBM or healthcare environment
• Strong working knowledge of pharmacy payments and 835 remittance processes
• Hands-on experience with Alteryx and workflow automation
• Experience supporting enterprise financial systems (e.g., ERP, billing, payment platforms)
