Job Summary

Leading the delivery and optimization of finance technology, the full-time salaried Finance Systems Director will manage a team focused on enhancing NetSuite ERP and NSPB, ensuring system reliability and alignment with business priorities while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement and modernization of finance applications, particularly NetSuite ERP and NSPB
• Oversee the design and implementation of enhancements across finance systems and integrations with other enterprise platforms
• Lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and accountability while managing stakeholder relationships across various departments

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with enterprise finance systems and business applications
• 5+ years of people management experience, specifically leading technical or engineering teams
• Expert-level experience with NetSuite ERP and NSPB
• Working knowledge of Salesforce and its integration with finance systems
• Experience supporting audit, SOX controls, or financial compliance initiatives
