Finance Systems Director
Job Summary
To support a growing Finance organization, the remote Finance Systems Director will lead the strategy, architecture, and implementation of finance technology systems, ensuring effective operations at scale while partnering with various business functions.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead the Finance Systems strategy and operating model to support rapid growth and increasing transaction volumes
- Own the Finance functional architecture and roadmap for ERP and related financial systems, ensuring integration with other business functions
- Redesign processes with Finance leaders before automating them, leading transformation across various finance functions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Finance Systems, Accounting Systems, or related fields, with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Experience with enterprise ERP and financial platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Workday
- Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional Finance technology and transformation programs
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes, as well as technology and data integration
- Experience in environments with rapid business growth and the ability to redesign workflows using technology and automation
