Finance Systems Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager - Finance & ERP Systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and evolution of finance systems architecture centered around Workday Financials
• Design integrations between Workday and core insurance systems, ensuring data accuracy and workflow efficiency
• Build and maintain financial reporting systems and automate finance processes in collaboration with various teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with ERP or finance systems
• Hands-on experience with Workday Financials, including reporting and integrations
• Experience implementing ERP integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and APIs
• Strong understanding of finance processes such as general ledger, billing, and financial reporting
• Ability to translate finance workflows into scalable system architecture
