Finance Systems Head
Job Summary
Leading the digitization and technology transformation for the finance function, the remote Head of System Enabling (Finance) will manage the Finance Systems roadmap, drive ERP implementation, and enhance automation processes to ensure operational efficiency and data quality.
Key responsibilities
- Drive automation of manual finance processes, including data aggregation and reporting automation
- Build and maintain financial dashboards and analytics infrastructure for real-time management reporting
- Develop and execute the Group Finance Systems roadmap, prioritizing initiatives by business impact and managing project timelines
Required qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in finance systems or ERP implementation within an MNC or high-growth company
- Proven hands-on experience with cloud ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Workday
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI) for financial reporting and analytics
- Strong project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional technology projects
