Finance Systems Lead
Job Summary
Driving the integrity and strategic evolution of financial platforms, the full-time remote Finance Systems Lead will manage core financial systems, improve processes, and ensure compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own configuration, user access, and operational health across financial systems including Acumatica, Ramp, Adaptive Insights, and Vertex
- Continuously evaluate and improve finance processes to reduce manual effort and enhance efficiency
- Develop business cases for finance systems projects, driving them from problem definition through implementation and adoption
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with ERP, spend management, and financial planning systems
- Direct experience with at least two of the following: Acumatica, Ramp, Adaptive Insights, Vertex, or similar platforms
- Proven track record of initiating and completing process improvements
- Ability to influence stakeholders and lead organizational change without direct authority
- Experience in a nonprofit, SaaS, or dual-model organization is preferred
