Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of System Engineers responsible for financial systems implementation and enhancement
• Complete hands-on configuration and customization of financial systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand challenges and transform business needs into scalable processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing financial systems such as NetSuite and completing complex configurations
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting and finance processes
• Ability to learn and apply new technologies quickly
• Experience with project management methodologies
