Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy for finance systems and lead the deployment of finance tools and AI-powered solutions
• Translate finance workflows into AI-enabled processes and identify automation opportunities
• Partner with Internal Tools and Data Engineering to optimize finance systems and ensure data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in finance and technology, with ownership of financial planning or ERP platforms
• Experience applying AI automation within finance/accounting workflows
• Expertise in financial data architecture and AI-ready datasets
• Understanding of governance frameworks and compliance
• Track record of delivering scalable reporting and analytics solutions
