Finance Systems Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of analysts, the full-time salaried Finance Systems Manager will oversee the Finance Systems team, managing system governance, configuration quality, and product ownership for Workday systems while collaborating with various departments to enhance financial operations remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage team workload, prioritization, and performance development while ensuring best practices in configuration and issue resolution
• Own the intake and prioritization process for Finance system requests, maintaining alignment with the Finance Controller's Office strategy
• Serve as the product manager for the Workday systems roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives and effective stakeholder communication

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience with Workday Financials, including complex configuration and cross-domain financial processes
• Demonstrated experience leading Workday enhancements and functional design across various Finance functions
• Experience managing multiple finance systems and leading Workday release cycles, including stakeholder communication and business readiness planning
• Strong knowledge of Workday's data model and core finance processes, with the ability to guide scalable design decisions
