Finance Systems Operations Lead

Job Summary

Owning the operational coordination for finance systems, the full-time Finance Systems Operations Lead will manage intake and triage processes, oversee production support, and maintain documentation standards in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own Finance Systems intake and triage by reviewing incoming JIRA requests and routing them to the appropriate application owner or stakeholder
• Coordinate production support across all Finance Systems applications, tracking ownership and escalating critical issues as needed
• Maintain JIRA as the operational source of truth, enforcing ticket standards and providing management visibility into workload and blockers

Required qualifications

• 5-8+ years in finance systems, business systems, enterprise applications, or finance technology operations
• Experience coordinating production support across multiple applications or business functions
• Familiarity with JIRA Service Management or a comparable ticketing platform
• Experience working directly with Finance, Accounting, Treasury, IT, and business stakeholders
• Proven ability to maintain operational documentation and support procedures
