Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solution Designer - Finance Systems (FP&A and Workforce Planning).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into user stories and process flows
• Oversee UAT script creation and coordinate testing efforts, guiding teams through UAT cycles
• Develop comprehensive requirements documentation and ensure solutions align with business goals

Required Qualifications

• Deep understanding of enterprise finance systems and complex system interactions
• Proven expertise in writing high-quality user stories and creating detailed process flows
• Strong analytical abilities to deconstruct complex issues into structured solutions
• Extensive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) or related financial processes
