Finance Systems Support Analyst

Job Summary

Providing remote financial systems support, the full-time Sr Finance Systems Support Analyst will manage system maintenance, troubleshoot application issues, and collaborate on the implementation of business solutions utilizing Oracle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain expert-level functional knowledge of financial applications
• Coordinate with technical teams for new implementations and system upgrades
• Prepare documentation and lead training programs for UPMC users of financial management applications

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Science, or related field
• Minimum of three years of financial or related work experience
• Experience managing system upgrades, integrations, and implementations
• Proficient functional understanding of several financial applications
• Ability to lead project teams and work independently with minimal supervision
