Finance Systems Vice President

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and governance of enterprise finance technology solutions, the remote VP Finance Systems will oversee the Finance Systems team, drive modernization initiatives, and ensure compliance and data integrity across financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Finance Systems team and manage the Workday Financials platform
• Define and execute the finance systems and data strategy roadmap
• Partner with Finance, IT, and business teams to modernize financial systems and enable advanced analytics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems leadership
• Experience leading finance transformation and system implementation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, planning, and close processes
• Experience managing teams and cross-functional projects
