Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Teaching Assistant to support live, online college courses.

Key Responsibilities

Support and grade assignments for a group of 30-40 students in an 11-week online course
Act as a mentor and coach to students, leading discussions and hosting weekly office hours
Communicate regularly with students to provide feedback and help them stay motivated

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience teaching, tutoring, or mentoring undergraduate students
Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing
Available to commit 4-6 hours per week, with flexibility for training
