Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly P&Ls and oversee day-to-day accounting operations
• Manage cash flow forecasting and monitor project performance
• Lead the finance team, implementing financial controls and improving processes

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or finance controlling roles
• Experience in a senior finance role or team leadership
• Strong understanding of accounting processes and financial reporting
• Hands-on experience with P&Ls and cash flow planning
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
