Finance Technology Director

Job Summary

Leading the management of financial systems, the full-time remote Finance Technology Director will act as a liaison between business partners and IT, overseeing the implementation and support of applications such as Oracle ERP and Treasury Workstation while managing project timelines and team performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and support Oracle EPM, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, and related applications
• Drive project management efforts for financial system implementations and enhancements
• Lead and develop a team, providing guidance and support to contractors and third-party vendors

Required qualifications:

• Experience with Oracle SaaS financial applications and ERP implementation
• Strong accounting background with knowledge of financial processes such as GL, AP, AR, and Project Accounting
• Proven project management skills with the ability to develop and manage project plans and budgets
• Experience in leading technical teams and managing resources effectively
• Ability to assess business requirements and provide strategic recommendations for financial systems
