Finance Technology Director

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of the CFO organization's digital, AI, data, and innovation agenda, the full-time remote Associate Director, Finance Technology, AI Data & Innovation will partner with Finance senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver technology-enabled solutions that enhance Finance productivity and decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Finance technology, AI, data, and innovation roadmap aligned with CFO organization priorities
• Translate Finance business needs into scalable technology, AI, automation, and analytics solutions
• Manage the Finance technology and innovation portfolio, including prioritization, governance, and risk management

Required qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 3 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree and 7 years, or Bachelor's degree and 9 years, or Associate's degree and 12 years, or high school diploma/GED and 14 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience directly managing people or leading teams and projects
• Experience in Finance, digital transformation, technology enablement, data analytics, AI, or business process transformation
• Strong project, program, or portfolio management skills
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technology or process solutions
